Paragon and Bond Davidson have been named as two of the top 50 best places to work in the property industry.
The annual Best Places to Work in Property list was announced at a prestigious event in central London attended by hundreds of property professionals. Only 52 businesses successfully qualified for the list, which involves companies undertaking in-depth employer and employee surveys before being evaluated across eight metrics including leadership, culture, role satisfaction, training, pay and benefits.
Judges highlighted Paragon’s and Bond Davidsons inclusive and social culture and impressive workplace initiatives as reasons for achieving the accolade.
Commenting on the accolade, joint managing director, Robert Perry, said: “Being recognised as two of the best places to work in the UK property industry is testament to our distinct approach. Both companies have created a culture that is both inclusive and high-performance, and which celebrates individuality, charisma and ambition.
“We pride ourselves on having teams that think differently and act quickly. Everyone knows they play a crucial role in our continued success. Ultimately, caring about our colleagues and work environment means we provide better service for our clients, and by creating meaningful relationships we’re able to deliver commercially effective advice.”
Matthew Dunn, director, Bond Davidson said: “Paragon and Bond Davidson have both built their success on shared core principals of service excellence, collaboration, personality and trust, ensuring an ideal cultural fit between the organisations. Together, our vision is to further enhance our inclusive and diverse workforce to attain exceptional business results.”
