COVID-19 - an update from Paragon

Paragon is continuing to follow official guidance regarding the restriction of movement throughout the UK, in order to keep our team, suppliers and clients safe and to support the NHS and the national effort to manage and beat the outbreak of Covid 19 throughout the UK.

Paragon continue to monitor the fast moving Covid 19 situation and will follow official guidance throughout in order to keep our team, suppliers and clients safe.

Following the latest guidelines, issued by the Government on 23rd March, the UK is now essentially on lockdown and therefore no member of the Paragon team will travel to any of our offices or to site. We are ensuring that our team members work from home in order to support both the NHS and the national effort to control the spread of Covid-19.

However, despite restrictions on movement, Paragon can continue to assist you with our value add advice across all our core service offerings; Project Management, Cost Management, Project Monitoring and Building Consultancy via our online and remote working systems. Please get in touch to discuss how we can help to create solutions regarding your projects, investments and asset management plans.

Should  you require any further information, please do not hesitate to get in touch with your usual contacts in the Paragon team, our Head of HR Laura Harty on lauraharty@paragonbc.co.uk or our Client Care Director Adrian Davies on adriandavies@paragonbc.co.uk

Thank you,
Paragon

Following on from our email communication last week, we are closely monitoring the fast moving situation and continue to follow official guidance throughout. We would like to update you on the current measures Paragon are undertaking to protect our team members, suppliers and clients whilst continuing to deliver high service standards for our clients.

As far as possible, all our team members are working from home. However, in geographical areas where attending work and travel is necessary and there is a business requirement to go to site/properties, we have instructed our team members to apply health and safety measures in accordance with government guidelines. These include;

  • Wherever possible to travel to site by car and to avoid non-essential use of public transport. Where use of public transport is unavoidable, we have advised team members to travel outside peak periods
  • To avoid meeting people on site, instead attend to conduct necessary tasks then call clients/suppliers afterwards to discuss necessary matters
  • If contact with others is unavoidable on site, deploy government advice – no physical contact and maintain 2 metre distance from one another
  • Hand sanitisation to be deployed on arrival and leaving site

In order to ensure business continuity, all our teams are working remotely and are fully utilising online communication tools. We will maintain regular communication with you over the coming weeks.

Should  your require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact Paragon’s Head of HR Laura Harty on lauraharty@paragonbc.co.uk or our Client Care Director Adrian Davies on adriandavies@paragonbc.co.uk

Thank you,
Paragon
