• Studied at Edinburgh Napier University 2007 - 2011
• Worked at GLM Architects and Building Surveyors 2011 - 2014
• Started at Paragon in summer 2014

My career highlight:

Being invited to one of my core client’s Christmas parties and partying with so many people I know from the industry and sharing this experience with some of my colleagues.

What keeps me motivated:

Enjoying the amazing relationships I have developed with clients, colleagues and peers who have befriended in my professional network.

What I do differently:

Keep in contact. Plan ahead, way ahead. Always look for solutions before reporting a problem. Double check everything.

What keeps me busy at the weekend:

Beyond my passion for buildings I enjoy beer gardens and summer festivals. Being an avid aviation and classic car fan I like visiting motor and aeronautical museums and events. I also enjoy cycling, snowboarding holidays and attending / preparing for large dinner parties in my free time.

My favourite food:

A rich, hearty beef stew with mashed potato.
Pickled onions.
Fresh olives.
Banoffee pie.

My favourite eatery:

The Joint (Brixton Village/Marylebone).
Vapiano.
Anywhere that does decent, authentic Thai food.

My favourite drink:

Real coffee.
Gin and tonic.
Pint of IPA.

My favourite travel destination:

Croatia.
Jersey (Channel Islands).
Ibiza (Platja d'en Bossa).

Not many people know this about me:

I am a proud Scotsman and I was born and bred at the foot of the Scottish Highlands!
