• Joined Capita as a graduate Building Surveyor in 1998
• Joined Aedas Building Consultancy as a Building Surveyor in 2002
• Joined Gardiner & Theobald as a Project Manager in 2013
• Joined Paragon as an Associate Director in 2022

My career highlight

Getting Chartered as a Building Surveyor as it felt like a brick wall in front of my career.

What keeps me motivated

Learning from others to increase my industry knowledge and helping to mentor team members to aid them in achieving their own goals.

What keeps me busy at the weekend

I have busy weekends with two boys who play Lacrosse and I manage the Under 16’ team.  My other weekend passions are DIY and skiing in the winter months.  This coupled with spending time with the family and walking two dogs means I’m always active.

My favourite food

I love all foods, but my favourites would have to be Tapas, Steak & chips, Seafood Risotto and Tartiflette.

My favourite eatery

In the UK, Evuna, Manchester for great Tapas and in Europe, Les Sagnes, Les Deux Alpes, France for amazing Tartiflette and Raclette 

My favourite drink

Coffee & green Tea during the week and red wine on the weekend

My favourite travel destination

Abu Dhabi is our favourite destination for some autumn sun, however, our go-to is Les Deux Alpes in France for winter skiing and summer mountain biking.

Although I’ve been in Manchester for 23 years I’m originally from Plymouth in Devon.
