My career history:

• Worked at The Constructive Group, CGL and Arcadis between 2008 and 2015
• Started at Paragon in February 2015

My career highlight:

Becoming a Chartered Environmentalist in 2016 and recently being invited to chair a conference on land condition to my industry peers and author an article for a supplementary journal.  

What keeps me motivated:

Providing quality service delivery to our clients. I hate bad service so naturally I strive to deliver the best I can. One of my key strengths is reliability.

What I do differently:

My mantra is that there are no problems, only solutions. I provide commercial advice from a solid technical background.

What keeps me busy at the weekend:

My main passion in life is travel. I love going on adventures to explore new places. I also enjoy horse riding, particularly hacking out through Bushy Park.

My favourite food:

Most things apart from fish. A good steak would always be welcome on my plate.

My favourite eatery:

A Sunday Roast at the Swan at The Globe;
Duck and Waffle for a meat fest with a view;
Hawksmoor for that steak.

My favourite drink:

G&T.

My favourite travel destination:

Too many to choose from, but some favourite places are:
Argentina;
New Zealand;
Croatia; and
Borneo.

Not many people know this about me:

I overcame a fear of heights and have now parachuted from 12,000 ft and done four bungee jumps.
