My career highlight:

Helping a small company in Angola to become a successful contractor in a competitive and difficult market.

What keeps me motivated:

The varied challenges I face on projects. Built Environment keeps me fascinated and continuing my learning, especially on sustainability issues.

What I do differently:

Form collaborative teams that listen to each other and provide innovative solutions to the challenges we face in getting projects completed.

What keeps me busy at the weekend:

Have always loved my rugby so like to watch a game or two. Being in Bristol I try and go to as many music events as possible.

My favourite food:

Lamb chops on the BBQ. T–Bone steak medium rare; basically, any red meat really.

My favourite eatery:

Pasture for steak or Rice & Tings for jerk chicken.

My favourite drink:

Whiskey Sour or Old Fashion.

My favourite travel destination:

Moukalaba-Doudou National Park in Gabon has been a highlight as well as getting to travel through Mozambique.

Not many people know this about me:

I’m a qualified PADI Rescue Diver.
