I like to start my weekends in the gym, I’m a keen submission grappler and compete regularly throughout the year. The remainder of the weekend I like to spend with my family, Nia my wife and Isabella our daughter, socialising with our friends or just getting outside.
This isn’t an easy one, I’m a bit of a foodie and enjoy anything from a locally sourced well prepared plate of food to, a guilty pleasure, a double cheeseburger from the golden arches.

Barcelona is my favourite City to visit. However, we visit Florida specifically Orlando and Tampa often to see our friends, and of course Mickey Mouse.
