My career history:

• Started my career at a small Chartered Surveyor practice in Norwich in 2006
• Joined Baily Garner as a Graduate Building Surveyor in 2011
• Joined GIA as a Party Wall Surveyor in 2013
• Joined Paragon as Associate Director of Neighbourly Matters in 2017

My career highlight:

Establishing and developing Paragon’s dedicated Neighbourly Matters Team. It’s still in its infancy but all signs suggest its growing into something very special.

What keeps me motivated:

To develop the Neighbourly Matters Team and also the wider Paragon business to become the industry’s go-to consultancy.

What I do differently:

I feel the somewhat specialised Neighbourly Matters corner of the industry demands a real ability to create genuine relationships with all members of the project team, whichever side they may be. This is what I bring to the party (excuse the pun!).

What keeps me busy at the weekend:

I’m a big sports man, whether it be playing or spectating. Golf, Cricket, Tennis, Outdoor Swimming, Football, Skiing. Enjoying all of the aforementioned with good friends in one hand and a special brew in the other.

My favourite food:

Friday night fish and chips.

My favourite eatery:

I’d love to say the chef’s table in my kitchen but that would be a down right lie. So keeping it legitimate, I’m going to have to say Brixton Village. A melting pot of cuisines with BYOB.

My favourite drink:

Favourite cocktail – Lager and lime.

Favourite drink – A quality Malbec accompanying a next level steak.

My favourite travel destination:

Central America.
