My career history:

• 1996 - 2000 Studied at Northumbria University
• Joined GVA in 2000 as a graduate and moved onto Knight Frank working in their London office
• 2003 - 2015 - Colliers International
• Joined Paragon 2015 as a Director of their Manchester office

My career highlight:

Opening the Manchester office with my co-directors and seeing it grow. I am extremely proud of the team, the culture that we have developed and the service we provide to our clients.

What keeps me motivated:

Outperforming for our clients, repeat business, and endeavouring to be easy people to work with.

What I do differently:

Constantly seeking ways to make our clients’ lives easier. A little initiative goes a long way!

What keeps me busy at the weekend:

I live near Leeds with my wife, Jo, our son, William, and our two dogs, Eddie and Charlie. I enjoy running, camping and watching motorsport. I frequently attend the British Grand Prix and Le Mans 24 hour race.

My favourite food:

Italian.

My favourite eatery:

Buon Apps (Italian) in Otley.

My favourite drink:

A nice glass of red.

My favourite travel destination:

As much as I try and hide it I am a huge fan of Florida and particularly the theme parks!

Not many people know this about me:

I am a huge Bruce Springsteen fan much to the annoyance of my family.
