Brief career history:

I worked at Elegant Resorts in Chester before a brief stint in Abu Dhabi. I started at Paragon in August 2016.

About me:

I love spending time with family, friends, and my two German Shepherds! Normally this time is spent eating and/or drinking, and when I’m not doing this I’m either at the gym (sometimes) or planning where my next travelling destination will be.

Favourite food:

Depends what I’m in the mood for, but probably Italian or Thai. Or anything my Mum and Dad cooks!

Favourite cocktail or drink:

Gin & Tonic or pretty much any Rum Cocktail! Can’t go wrong with a glass of Prosecco either.

Favourite Manchester eatery:

San Carlo. I’m still quite new to Manchester though, so I’ve got some exploring to do.

Favourite travel destination:

Barbados, Thailand and Oman – although there are so many to choose from!

Random thing someone wouldn’t know about you……:

I was born in Brunei on the island of Borneo before moving to Oman. Despite being British, I had never actually lived in the UK before moving here for Uni in 2008.
